When the work started during the administration of the immedidate past government in the state, people in the area were excited. But only God knows what is presently happening and why the rehabilitation work on the road is now experiencing slow pace,'' he lamented.A physician at the University College Hospital, Dr Tunji Akinyemi said, 'we are even tired of the slow pace of work on the road. How many years would it take them to complete this road' How many kilometers is UCH ' Gate Road that it is taking them methuselah's years to complete' Honestly, everybody using the road is fed up. We are now in raining seaon, we hope they won't begin to tell story that road rehabilitation is not ideal or possible in wet season. Any way, we are waiting for the excuse they would tell us.'For Mrs Bolatito Oluwatobi, who is a nurse, she said time was not only a gold, but a precious money and no serious individual would play with time. 'I think there is the need to tell the construction company handling the road expansion and rehabilitation not to play with time because the road is always busy; and if they have not adequately mobilised the company in terms of fund, the state government should act fast because I trust Governor Abiola Ajimobi, he won't allow any fraud or low quality work on the every-busy road,' she stated.
