Van Basten slams Drogbas form

DUTCH legend, Marco van Basten says Ivorian striker, Didier Drogba should consider retiring because he is past his prime.The former lethal AC Milan striker has been unconvinced about the Chelsea strikers display for the Blues this season.Van Basten admits hes also disappointed by the impact Fernando Torres, the £50million signing from Liverpool, has had at Chelsea.Am I too critical on Torres and Drogba because I used to be a striker myself I dont think so, he told the Sunday Mirror.Torres is a great player but Chelsea paid a big amount of money for him, but does he make the difference now No, not at all.John Terry and Frank Lampard are still fantastic in defence and midfield.But Drogba in the attacking line He looks to be over the hill.
