Oyinlola joins race for PDP national secretary

FORMER governor of Osun State, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, is in the race for the post of national secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and this is authoritative.Prince Oyinlola's media aide, Mr Ayo Olaiya, confirmed to the Nigerian Tribune by phone on Wednesday that Oyinlola was one of those jostling for the post.The post has been zoned to the South-West and aspirants for the post cut across the six states with all of them promising to uplift the party if they win.According to Oyinlola's aide, the former governor had not made any noise about his aspiration because, 'it is not his style,' adding that he has worked very hard to win the race.'Prince Oyinlola is in the race. He has fulfilled all righteousness as laid down in the party's constitution. He is looking forward to the contest and is relying on God and the support of all party members to win the contest,' the media aide said.
