Ejigbo LG boss promises to make life better for traditional rulers

The First Executive Secretary, Ejigbo Local Government area of Osun State, Alhaji.Tiamiyu Abiodun Akinwale, has reiterated his readiness towards making life meaningful for all community leaders and residents across the council area.Akinwale made this known during a congratulatory visit by some community leaders to him on his re-election as the first Executive Secretary of the council by the state gvernor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola.According to the Executive Secretary, 'I will not relent in making life more bearable for our traditional rulers in all nooks and crannies of my local government, I will also make sure that necessary infrastructural facilities needed for their living standard would also be provided'.Akinwale said further, 'these set of people are our fathers, their efforts in their various communities in ensuring peace and tranquility cannot be over emphasised as they are the peace maker, settling every problem in their domain on a daily basis'.The executive secretary further used the medium to appreciate the Ogiyan of Ejigbo-Land, Oba Omowonuola Oyesosin and other traditional rulers in the area for their unflinching support and fatherly advice to him at all times, saying he would not let them down.Speaking at the visit, the Olola of Ola Community, Oba Jonathan Akinpelu, commended the state governor, for re-appointing their son and for his people-oriented programmes to the people of the state.Olola who highly praised the governor over the introduction of Computers (Opon Imon) for the use of secondary school students across the state, said such a thing has never happened in the history of the state since its inception in 1991, saying other state governors in the country should borrow example from him as well as the Federal Government.Present at the programme was the Deputy Executive Secretary of the council, Mr Solomon Owaniyi Owalude, among others.
