All Africa Games qualifier: Dream Team faces Liberia

NIGERIAs U-23 team fresh from its 9-1 aggregate win over Equatorial Guinea, will have little time to rest as it begins preparations for this weekends All Africa Games qualifier against Liberia.The Dream Team handled by ex-international, Austin Eguavoen after a 5-0 home win also went to Malabo last Sunday in a 2012 Olympic qualifier to snatch a 4-1 win.Aberdeen forward, Sone Aluko was initially expected to join the squad after missing last Sundays game in Malabo due to club commitments.It is not clear yet if that will still be the case after the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) directed coach Austin Eguavoen to stick with domestic players in order to cut costs due to the financial position of the federation.The match holds this weekend in Monrovia, with the return leg tie in Nigeria on April 30.
