Sardauna council chief harps on projects

The caretaker chairman of Sardauna Local Government Area of Taraba State, Mr Oliver Wubon, has said he will work towards sustaining peace on the Mambilla Plateau.Speaking during a reception organised for him at Gembu, the headquarters of  the council, the caretaker chairman said Sardauna local government was endowed with abundant natural resources suitable for foreign investors and therefore needed constant peace in the area.Wubon said he would run an opendoor administration that will embrace all shades of opinion.He added that he would use his office to press more on federal projects in addition to the Mambilla hydro-electric power dam.In same vein, the Permanent Secretary, Home Affairs and Establishment Matters, Mr. Japhet Wubo, expressed gratitude to Governor Danbaba Suntai and stakeholders of Sardauna Local Government for the gesture done to the family in particular and people of sardauna in general for appointing one of their sons to head the council.
