MTN, threat to national security, says Oyinlola

THERE seems to be no let-up in the allegations of corruption and perjury rocking the judiciary.Former Osun State governor and the new National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, has written to the Police Affairs Minister, Navy Captain Caleb Omoniyi Olubolade (rtd), to investigate the alleged role of telecoms giant, MTN, in the distortion of facts before the National Judicial Council (NJC) in the case brought against the suspended President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Isa Ayo Salami, by the Osun and Ekiti states' chapter of the party.Oyinlola urged the minister to cause the Acting Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Abubakar, to investigate what motivated the MTN 'for its dastardly corporate behaviour'.
