Well send PDP packing in Ogun - Isiaka vows

The Peoples Party of Nigeria (PPN) governorship candidate in Ogun State, Mr Gboyega Nasir Isiaka, has said that his newly formed party will send the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) packing from the state by the end of the general election.He noted that PDPs performance in last Saturdays National Assembly election was a clear indication that the it had gone into oblivion.Isiaka said this on Wednesday while fielding questions from newsmen in Abeokuta, the state capital, declaring  that he would not step down for PDP governorship candidate, Chief Adetunji Olurin.It will be recalled that Isiaka and some other loyalists of Governor Gbenga Daniel defected to the PPN following the alleged manipulation of results of the PDP primaries.He commended the people of the state for voting for the party, which won the Egbado North/ Imeko-Afon Federal Constituency and condemned the PDP for not winning any seat.
