NFF unveils Eagles' squad against Egypttoday

NIGERIA'S squad to face Egypt in a friendly billed for April 12 in Abu Dhabi would be made known today even as the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) insists that only players from the domestic league would be used to prosecute the encounter.A statement by a top official of the NFF revealed that the list of the players would be made public today while those listed would report to commence training for the match on April 2.Not much is expected to change in the list as Eagles' head coach, Stephen Keshi had said during the week that he has no intention to invite fresh names to the home based Eagles.Meanwhile, Keshi has in the meantime departed to the United States of America to reunite with his family.He had earlier met with the leadership of the NFF alongside his assistants Sylvanus Okpala, Hyndounou Valere and Ike Shorunmi.He will rejoin the team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on April 9, in time for the Egypt game.In Keshi's absence, Daniel Amokachi will take charge alongside Sylvanus Okpala, Hyndounou Valere and Ike Shorunmi.
