3SC's teenage sensation, Talabi Makinde, on Sunday scored two goals for the Oluyole warriors during the Nigeria Premier League match between 3SC and Rangers Football Club of Enugu at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu.Rangers had taken the lead in the 27th minute of the game through a goal scored by Ofoedu Chikeluba. Rasaq Adegbite took advantage of a defensive error committed by 3SC defender, Mutiu Adegoke to increase the scoreline to two before the end of the first half.Talabi Makinde who has been on holiday after scoring the opening goal of the season for 3SC against Sharks of Port Harcourt made it 2-1 six minute before the end of the encounter. Chinedu Sunday however broadened the chance of the hosts after scoring a goal to make the scoreline 3-1 in the 86th minute. Makinde scored his third goal of the season for 3SC a minute before the regulation time.3SC coach, Hakim Busari, in telephone chat with Tribunespports said, "We had a very good game, the boys gave a good account of themselves but the officiating was unfavourable. All the same, we are satisfied with the performance of our boys and today's result was a gallant one". He said.Rangers of Enugu coach, Okey Emordi, said shortly after the match that, "3SC gave us a scare but the most important was the victory".
