Olotan charges indigenes on development

The Olotan of Otan-Ile in Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State, Oba Sunday Adegbemi Olatokun, has called on sons and daughters of the community both home and in the diaspora to come and establish small and large scale industries to complement the existing ones in the area.The Olotan made the call while addressing the people during the installation ceremony of Alhaji Nasiru Komolafe as the Asiwaju of Otan-Ile, recently.Oba Olatokun who urged the residents of the community to join hands in uplift the ancient town above others, also charged them to support the new Asiwaju of the town in his efforts to develop the area.The traditional ruler who described Chief Komolafe as a man of many virtues, considering his selfless service to God and humanity, as well as his community, Otan-Ile, he also charged him not to relent in his efforts to develop the area to a greater height Responding, the new Asiwaju thanked the Olotan and the people of Otan-Ile for allowing him to serve them in that capacity and pledged to justify the confidence reposed in him, while soliciting their support and cooperation.
