Chelsea Doctor Eva Carneiro Leaves Club After Jose Mourinho Row 'Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro has left the club, over a month after manager Jose Mourinho publicly criticised her for treating Eden Hazard late in the team's opening match of the Premier League season, a 2-2 draw with Swansea. The Portuguese manager claimed that his medical staff were 'naive' for treating Hazard late in the game although footage showed the player and referee both calling the medical staff onto the pitch, and a host of medical and sporting professionals have all backed Carneiro and physio Jon Fearn's decision including the chief medical doctor of FIFA.
