I want to play in 2012 Olympics Beckham

FORMER England captain, David Beckham, has expressed interest in playing for the Great Britain in 2012 London Olympics.The 35-year-old, who has amassed 115 caps for England, has enjoyed a glittering career having spent four seasons with Real Madrid after a trophy-laden spell with Manchester United.He is currently plying his trade in the Major League Soccer (MLS) but has one eye on playing his part in next years highly-anticipated Olympics, even though he will be 37.Beckham is not counting his chickens with the tournament over a year away but feels in good health and believes his form is good enough for selection.I think its something Id like to be involved in as a player, said Beckham.But well have to wait and see what happens, as its still a year away yet.I feel good in games and I feel as if Im still performing well. Ill enjoy the rest of this season. You know were only five games in, he said.
