Port users identify bottlenecks to 48-hour cargo clearance

As importers await the release of the proposed five-steps-approach to achieving 48 hours cargo release by the Presidential Port Reform Committee towards efficient running of the ports, industry stakeholders have identified impediments which contribute to the elongation of cargo dwell time at the ports.
