Ghana: Afriwave Telecom intends to deliver on ICH licence

the company has hired partners and industry experts to help bolster team of specialists to deliver on the license which will be rolled out in two phases.According to a report via Ghanaweb.com, Afriwave Telecom has received approval to operate interconnect clearing house services in Ghana following a selection process in which four other companies participated.The report reveals that ICH is expected to provide a common, independent mechanism for monitoring, routing, billing and settlement of local and international interconnect traffic for all existing and future telecommunications operators in the country.Afriwave Telecom CEO Philip Sowah said the company has hired partners and industry experts to help bolster team of specialists to deliver on the license which will be rolled out in two phases.
