Newcastle Eye Possible January Homecoming for Andy Carroll 'Newcastle United are reportedly looking at a possible January move that would see West Ham striker Andy Carroll return home to his boyhood club following a difficult few seasons since he first left in early 2011. According to the Daily Mirror, Newcastle boss Steve McClaren has identified Carroll as the player to lead his attack and ultimately drag the club away from another relegation scrap.
