Coscharis woos Ford customers with 20 per cent discount

TO create seamless relationship with its customers, Coscharis Motors recently launched a service scheme for its Ford brand.The scheme tagged 'Ford Service 2012 1stService Drive Sales Event' is expected to offer quality after-sales services to customers at a reduced rate of 20 per cent discount.According to a statement by its Head, Marketing, Ifeanyi Nihe, the scheme, which is to run through the month of May isa comprehensive maintenance repair package aimed at creating a level playing ground for customers to relate with the company as regards their Ford vehicles.'It's a vehicle check-up created exclusively to offeroil and filter change, fluid top-off, AC system check, and 27-point inspection that attracts 20 per cent discount on the Works Car Care package,' he said.Specifically, Nihe said the promotion targets existing customers, lapse customers, and prospective customers with an objective to improve customer relationships, increase parts and labour sales, increase service drive traffic, educate customers on needed service and build customers' confidence on the brand's service delivery.
