My hope is dashed -Olubayos mum

MOTHER of the late Super Eagles defender, Mrs Tinuke Adefemi, has said that her hope has been dashed.Mrs Adefemi, who spoke in tears on Monday, as many sympathisers in tens thronged the family house at Ogolonto, Lagos repeatedly said my Bayo has gone, my Bayo is gone.The woman in her late 50s told sympathisers which included Tribunesports that Olubayo was all she has been looking up to, adding that his death has made her to be hopeless.According to the bereaved mother, the Skoda Xanthia FC player had informed of his intention to come home to prepare for his wedding fixed for next month.He told me he was coming to the country in the next few days to make plans for his wedding to his long time fiancee, Sade from Sagamu. But look at what death has caused now, it is sad and now, Bayos wife is in a serious shock, Mrs Adefemi said amid uncontrollable tears.
