Hlula Msimang, Head of Safety and Security for the City of Johannesburg headlined the latest ICT Business Breakfastwhich was held on 02 December, 2015.Before his appointment as Head of Safety and Security for the City of Johannesburg, Msimang took over as Police Chief in Ekurhuleni from Robert McBride.
