G. Sax And The Black Ace Band Groove With Molue Blues

BAPTIST Gabriel Oluwaseun popularly known as G. Sax is set to rule the world with his brand of music. The producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist started his musical journey at the age of nine, singing at the Apostolic Faith Childrens Programmes. At ten, he single- handedly made flutes with which he played. He later formed his first band in 2005, which was formally known as Jazz Fountain and was later re-named G Sax and the Black Ace Band, with the G meaning Gabriel, the black standing for Africa and Ace Perfection. What distinguishes this saxophonist player is, his ability to play all kinds of music including Highlife, Jazz, Blues and many more. Baptist Gabriel Oluwaseun attended the Lagos City Polytechnic majoring in Business Administration. His band has been travelling and performing at venues across the country. He was the creative director of the Afro Jazz project and has also directed the Groove Masters band. With his latest album still creating ripples in the airwaves entitled, G Sax says, his best is yet to come.The six-track album titled Molue Blues featured Poppy Doggy.And two of his songs Angles of Delight and Lovers Eyes were given four-star ratings recently. G Sax has played alongside notable bands like Iroko International Band, Ras Templer and the Contentious, Black Reparation Sound, St. Edwin Jazz Band, among others.
