Put people first, FLP boss tells doctors

Published by Tribune on Wed, 06 Jun 2012

The Managing Director of Forever Living Products(FLP), Nigeria/Benin Republic, Mr Cornelius Tay, has advised medical doctors intent on making more money and contributing to the development of health care delivery in the country to join the distributorship network of his company.Speaking in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, where his company had feted distributors, Tay urged doctors to use the opportunity provided by their training to promote healthy living for the people.Speaking to newsmen after the event, Tay called on striking Lagos doctors to make the interest of the people their topmost priority. 'We are making a call to all the striking doctors not to allow more people to die, but to consider anything they can do to put the people first. We are also inviting them to come and join our network and have access to our wonderful products.'According to Tay, 'Many of the products marketed by Forever can help people to enjoy better health and even reduce the incidents of illnesses and diseases. Anyone of them who chooses to come, we would be very happy to engage into our network and they would be far more successful. You will realise that even though they are asking for money, the government too is in a very tight situation.'He added; 'at federal and state levels, government is working on tight budgets for the several programmes they need to implement. If you consider the doctors' position in relation to the government's position, you will discover that there may continue to be irreconcilable differences. Yet, in the meantime, people are dying. Many of these people could even have been saved if they have access to the kind of products that Forever Living Product offers, for which we are known worldwide. We will welcome all of them to join our network.'Elaborating further, Tay said many prominent Nigerians, including high brow politicians and businessmen and women, were joining Forever distributorship network and growing the business. He urged Nigerians who desire to earn good money and live a healthy life to do so in Forever, either as full time or part time distributors.
