The Fifth Avenue home of the late philanthropistCarroll Petrie has been sold to Wall Street billionaireJames Tomilson Hill, vice chairman of the Blackstone Group hedge fund,The Real Deal reports.Hill passed through the notoriously picky co-op board at834 Fifth Ave. to buy the $30 million two-bedroom apartment.
