The 86-year-old monarch who loves horses, corgis and fabulous hats, stepped out in exotic hats designed by some of Britain's best milliners.The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton was also a standout at Queen Elizabeth's diamond jubilee as she stepped out with her husband Prince Williams in her flambouyant dresses and hats during the celebrations.Princess Eugene, Princess Beatrice and Princess Michael of Kent also drew attention of the crowd as they did during Prince William's wedding in their outlandish hats.
