Firm advises youth on ICT education

COMMITTED towards enhancing the development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Telcoil services group has called on youths, undergraduate and graduate to enhance their skills in ICT.According to the Managing Director (Software) of Telcoil, Njoku Emmanuel, ICT has major role to play in reducing unemployment in the country.'If Nigerians, most especially the youths can embrace the change in this changing world, by enhancing their knowledge via ICT, it will go a long way in reducing the rate of unemployment in the country.'We as a company have recognised this. This is the reason why Telcoil has a talent development/graduate trainee scheme for this purpose. The scheme, also known as TTD and TGT are designed for the benefits of both potential employees and employers of labours.'It is designed to help develop individuals by providing them with the fundamental skills, knowledge, attitudes and tools required to figure out problems,' he stated.In addition, TTD and TGT provide the company an opportunity and means of recruiting individuals into the Telcoil services group.According to him, Telcoil offers a dynamic and exciting experience that will take peoples' career to a greater height. 'Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, you will deepen your skills, broaden your knowledge and enlarge your thinking.'He called on undergraduates with a knack to become part of their team, stressing that such provides an opportunity to make global achievements. The company is a business incubator operating primarily in Telecom sectors among others.According to him, the company started operations in 2010 and has grown from being a local firm into an integrated corporation, having spun off businesses with operations around Africa.The Deputy Managing Director, Anote Paschal noted that the Telcoil Talent Development/Graduate trainee scheme is designed for the benefits of both potential employees and employers of labors, adding that it has been designed to help develop individuals by providing them with the fundamental skills, knowledge, attitudes and tools required to figure out problems.He called on interested individuals to seize this opportunity towards enhancing their knowledge and in addition their chances in getting employed by visit the company's website.
