Oshiomhole gets wrestling award today

ARRANGEMENTS have been concluded for the presentation of Good Governance Wrestling Award to the Governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, today in Benin.Coordinator of the forthcoming Comrade Adams Oshiomhole International Pro-Wrestling Championship, Prince Hammed Olanrewaju Mohammed, while speaking with Tribunesports in Lagos, said that the award was to honour the governor for his support for sports in the state."We want to appreciate our 'Comrade Governor' with this award with a Professional international wrestling championship which would take place later this month in Edo State."The tournament will hold in six centres across the state and it would feature top-rate wrestlers from Europe, America, Asia and Africa, while some of our local wrestlers too would be on parade," said Mohammed, who organised the BRF Wrestlemania 2011 in Lagos last year.Wrestlers expected in Edo State, are Chris Bambikiller, Banilux Bulldog, Nigeria's Tony Destroyer, Tyamupepe of Congo, homeboy Strong Bone 'Eruku jeje' and Glamour Becky, among others.
