Briscoe Properties unveils Yaba's Heliconia Court

LAGOS-BASED Briscoe Properties Limited, a subsidiary of R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) Plc, has completed its Heliconia Court, located in Yaba, off Herbert Macaulay Road, Lagos Mainland.The estate comprises of 18 terrace houses with facilities such as a gymnasium and swimming pool, wasbuilt using two designs of terrace units on two and three levels. This concept was replicated in various configurations on three blocks.The Type A unit comes with three en-suite bedrooms and a study, two living rooms and an en-suite maid's room with the master bedroom while Type B terrace is built on two levels and has three en-suite bedrooms, two living rooms and 'European fitted kitchen' that comes with floor and wall mounted cabinets, extractor hood, oven and hob.Speaking at the inauguration recently, the Managing Director of Briscoe Properties, Mrs. Folasade Hughes, said 'Yaba still remained an unbeatable location in Lagos and was superbly positioned within easy reach of schools, shopping and entertainment centres, a business district and transportation hub.' adding that Heliconia Court is a fully serviced estate with dedicated transformer, borehole, water treatment plant and generator; it has ample parking spaces with landscaped areas.The Chairman, BPL, Mr. Oluseyi Onajide, said, 'the estate was the second of its kind' since the incorporation of the company, following the earlier development of the Aloe Vera Court in Maryland, Lagos.Having bought out ARM's equities to make the company substantially owned by R.T.
