Christians urged to imbibe giving spirit

Christians have been advised to learn the art of giving unconditionally, as this is the key to unlimited blessing.This advice was given by Prophet Segun Adeoye during the thanksgiving/founder's day service of the Hand of Christ Miracle Evangelical Ministry, Km 110, Iyaganku road, Ibadan, recently.Prophet Adeoye (a.k.a. Fitila Olorun), observed that many Christians deferred their blessing through being miserly.Using Luke 7:37 as reference point, Prophet Adeoye said sacrificing something that was dear to God cause was a sure way of softening the heart of God towards man.'The day Jesus has compassion on you, that is when your efforts will start yielding fruits. A good way of ensuring this is giving,' he said.Speaking during the occasion, the founder, Reverend Paul Ajayi, said he could not thank God enough for making him what he is. He said as God transformed Saul's life in the Bible, and made him Paul, so also has God transformed his life. 'And, coincidentally, my name is Paul,' he said.Reverend Ajayi showed his appreciation to 'the one who called him' by leading a powerful praise worship which saw all the congregation dancing as best they could.
