Born November 8, 1988 and christened Joshua Iniyezo, the Aviara, Isoko-native, Delta State, is one of Nigeria's hip-hop, R&B, dancehall, Afro-pop singers. A songwriter, his rise in the industry has been very meteoric. Since his debut single, One In A Million, which featured 2face Idibia, he has proved that he is a force to reckon with.Solidstar, as he is popularly called, began honing his musical skill from the church, where, at eight years, he learnt how to sing and play the drums.
