Fire razes 45 houses in Dugare village

Forty-five houses were, recently, razed by fire in Dugare village, Giade Local Government Area of Bauchi State. The News Agency of  Nigeria (NAN) learnt that the Tuesday Night fire, which also roasted eight animals followed a heavy windstorm.The Acting Chairman of the Council, Alhaji Musa Mainari, who visited  affected victims  on Wednesday, sympathised with them over the incident.Mainari cautioned the victims and all the people within the area to be extra-careful while handling fire to avoid a recurrence.He described the incident as an act of Allah, and urged the victims to take it in good faith and  prayed Allah to avert future occurrences of such incident in the area.Mainari told the victims that the council would report the incident officially to the state government for necessary assistance to alleviate their sufferings.He promised that the council would assist the victims especially in resettling them within its limited resources especially now that the rains had started.
