Indiscipline bane of Super Eagles -Yobo

AFTER ten years in the national team, Super Eagles captain Joseph Yobo has noted that unity and discipline are missing in the squad adding that these factors have eroded the development of the national team.''There's been no unity, no discipline. That's what has been the problem with the Super Eagles,'' the Nigerian captain said.But he defended the players' commitment to the cause.''Once you get that invitation to the national team and you accept to come, that is commitment. Players go through a lot to come and play for the national team and to say players are not committed is not fair.'Yobo also revealed he would retire from the international scene in 2014 with the hope of leading the team to the World Cup in Brazil.He has been capped 87 times declaring that he would be happy to lead the Eagles to the mundial after which he hopes to hang his boots.''After the World Cup 2014, that's my target. I'm flying right now. I've been to the stage where people drop but in the last two seasons, I only missed two games. I played every minute of all the other games.''Yobo, however, stated that it was disappointing for him not to have won anything in the Eagles colours for the ten years he has been in the squad, saying. ''I've been there for 10 years and no trophy to show for it. That's disappointing for me.
