Cornerstone Mortgage Bank deploys new banking software

IN order to serve thecustomers better,Cornerstone Mortgage Bank has switched to new banking software known as BankOne. This super highway cutting-edge technology, will among other things, provide seamless transactions from any of the banks correspondence banks nationwide, thereby affording the banks customers with on-line real time banking from any location in the country.According to the Banks Head of IT and infrastructure development, Mr. Kehinde Rosanwo, the banking solution is a highly functional and customer friendly banking solution, adding that it had also ensured ATM cards will be issued to all its customers nationwide.What this means is that our customers have drastically reduced the length of time it takes to do banking. Customers can visit the banks operational offices in Ikeja and Marina; use any of the 1000 branches of our correspondence banks for branches (First Bank, Fidelity Bank and Wema Bank) and use the Cornerstone ATM card and withdraw cash at their convenience. Our customers will also be receiving alerts on their mobile phones for any transactions on their account. This is already in operationCornerstone Mortgage Bank, it will be recalled, received an award from the Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria (IBMN) and the African Institute of Brand Management (AFRIBM) as The Most Reliable Mortgage Bank of the year 2011 just last month.Speaking after the award ceremony, the Executive Director of the Bank, Mrs Jumoke Anifalaje noted that the bank is on the path way to a careful but steady growth. We have been around for over 15 years and have gone through a process of strategic rebranding. We have just opened another operational office in Marina, Lagos, in a location we consider very strategic for our business and in response to the desires of our customers. Many more will definitely follow, But these has to be in line with our focus on carefully measured growth.
