ALHAJI (Dr) Ganiyu Akanbi Bello, the life patron of Yoruba Community in Kano(YCK) has called on the  Oyo State people to rally round the State governor-elect, Senator Isiaka Abiola Ajimobi, to enable him to reposition the state. However, the YCK life ptron commended the outgoing governor, Chief Christopher Alao-Akala, for the demonstation of a spirit of sportsmanship by congratulating the governor-elect shortly after the election.Dr. Bello, who made the call on Sunday while speaking with Community News, urged all politicians not see election as a do-or die affair, saying only Allah could give power to human being. His words, what politicians should know is that in any competition that involves two or three people, a winner and losers must emerge, hence the need for all to learn to accept defeat in good faith.Dr. Bello also called on the supporters of both the governor-elect and the outgoing governor to know that whatever happens to mankind, the Most High God has a special reason for it.He added that both Senator Ajimobi and Dr. Akala were true citizens of Oyo state, one was governor before and it was the wish of Allah that another person must take the cross of the state to move it forward.Senator Ajimobi must also know that the masses of the state saw certain qualities in  before giving him their mandate, therefore he must not allow some people to disturbed through sycophantic talk.He should not be disturbed from executing projects that would have direct bearing on the masses of the state. He also called on the outgoing governor to continue to give a constructive criticism that would ginger the governor-elect to do more for the state in terms of executing laudable projects as well as  addressing the yearnings and aspiration of the downtrodden.
