NNPC and burden of a secret account

The Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is one of the most criticised public corporation in the recent times; the criticism is borne, not out of the hatred and disdain the people have for the men and women at the helms of affairs of the corporation, but on the need to ensure transparency in the institution that holds the key to the survival of the nations economy as crude oil accounts for over 70 per cent of our resources.
