Chukwumerije storms Team Nigeria's camp

CAPTAIN of Team Nigeria, Chika Chukwumerije and Isa Mohammed who are Nigeria's two flagbearers in the Taekwondo events of the London 2012 Olympics stormed the Olympic Village yesterday.The duo with Scribe of Taekwondo Federation of Nigeria, Chinedu Ezealah have been criss-crossing Asia where they have been perfecting their acts for medals in Taekwondo .Chukwumerije, a bronze medallist in Beijing Olympics together with another bronze medallist, Blessing Okagbare are the captain and vice captain respectively of Team Nigeria.Meanwhile, President of Nigeria Olympic Committee, Engineer Sani Ndanusa has said that he was optimistic with the chances of Team Nigeria as all reports on the teams are positive.'At a time like this, you need to thank God that all is well in the team. There are no worries in camp and the athletes are equally enthusiastically looking forward to the start of the Games.'With the support and prayers of Nigerians, we can make Nigerians proud.
