Abaniseloluwa residents lament poor state of road

RESIDENTS of Abaniseloluwa,Odo-Oba, Ibadan have lamented the poor state of the road in the area which they claimed was not motorable.Alhaja Kudirat Ipadeola, a landlady in the area, also pointed out that the area lacked borehole and that they had only two wells in the whole of the street.Alhaji Alimi Opeloyemi, the chairman of the Islamic council, and also a landlord in the street, added that the road was a major road, since it leads to different areas.He added that the landlords association had made several complaints to the appropriate quarters, all to no avail.  Since the governor-elect has ordered the local government chairmen not to embark on any rehabilitation or projects again, we hope that he will take proper action when he resumes office in May 29.
