When earlier this year we conducted registration of voters, a strong urge on my old doubt of official figures in Nigeria became more compelling.Reason for my apprehension was the figure we got from the outing. The records said we registered about 73.5m voters. This represents the adult fraction of our population. I asked in my doubt and bewilderment why the adult population of a country as Nigeria would be like 50 per cent of the entire human beings here
