Oranges With Honey (Ideal Food For Breaking Fasting)

FASTING is the total abstinence from some or all foods, drinks or both, for a specific period of time. A month is set aside by Muslims all over the world to observe Ramadan, known in Islamic calendar as the sacred month to fast and to be closer to God.Fasting is very important in our daily living because it helps us to grow spiritually, stay healthy and walk right before God. Fasting played a key role in the spiritual journeys of religious leaders such as Muhammad, Jesus and Buddha. Physicians acknowledge fasting as one of many ways to ensure health and the soundness of one's body and mind.
