We'll instill positive change in way Nigeria is governed

Speaker of the House of Representatives Aminu Waziri Tambuwal says he will ensure positive change is instilled in the way Nigeria is governed.The Speaker, who spoke through his Special Adviser on Media Imam Imam in Sokoto yesterday, said he is not pushed by any other motivation except to make Nigeria a better place.'The speaker does not want anything but a better Nigeria. He is out to ensure Nigeria takes its rightful place in the comity of nations. As a lawmaker, he is going to use the instrumentality of legislation to make Nigeria a better place', the special adviser said.He said a series of legislations had been put in place which if properly executed will have the ability to change the country for the better, saying despite the Faruk Lawan episode, it never took away the attention from the wider vision of the fuel subsidy probe.
