INDIGENOUS real estate developer, Messrs Crown Realties Plc, owners of Crown estate, Lagos, last week said that it had partially completed a flagship estate worth N3 billion in the heart of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).The mixed residential development, christened Crown Court, Abuja, located in a three hectares of land at Mabushi, close to the offices of the ministries of Works and Lands, Housing and Urban Development and Vehicle Inspection Office, comprises detached, semi-detached houses and condominiums.Financed by Sterling Bank, the estate promotes new lifestyle and modern luxury living, as all the houses have ready to use Internet, telephone and cable television. The bank is also providing mortgage to prospective buyers, together with Aso Savings and Loans Plc, and Access Homes and Mortgages Limited.The beauty of the Crown Court, Abuja lies in the planning and state of art designs as well as the introduction of newest technologies. For instance, the estate boost of fibreglass water storage facility as well as installation of 21st century automated security system that offers protection to residents.Though, the estate is ready for occupation and first set of homeowners will move in next month, the promoters say that the entire estate will be formally be opened in October.
