Uduaghan, Keshi Others For Delta FA Cup Final

 ALL is now set for the finals of the 12th edition of the Oceanic Bank/DFA state Federation Cup finals, as defending champion, Warri Wolves FC, trade tackles with Okpe United Football Club of Sapele at the Warrri City Stadium.The game, which is expected to kick-off at 3pm will see the re-elected governor of Delta State Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, leading other top government functionaries, including the state deputy governor, Professor Amos A. Utuama, to watch the game.Before the final match, the 3rd place game between Sagwe Football Club of Udu and Iwere United will take place at the same venue. The 3rd place game will be chaired by ex-international, Adokiye Amiesimaka, with former Super Eagles Captain, Stephen Keshi, being honoured. Former NPL chairman, Chief Oyuiki Obaseki, will be the guest of honour.Also as part of the tradition of the Delta FA cup final, music rave of the moment, Flavour, will be on hand to thrill the soccer.According to Amaju Melvin Pinnick, who doubles as the DFA boss and chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission, the finals promises to be fun-filled event. Oceanic Bank has been supportive of the Delta FA Cup for the past 12 years, which is the longest sponsorship deal in the countrys sporting history.
