Discordant tunes over new minimum wage 

From the North East to North West, North Central to South East, West and South, governors are pushing for a new revenue formula that will cede more funds to states and the local governments. Group Business Editor, ROTIMI DUROJAIYE, writes that although a few states have pledged compliance with the new National Minimum Wage Act, and others are still looking for excuses to wriggle out of paying the stipulated N18, 000, the Federal Government has a lot of roles to play to make it a reality.
