RSL Gets FMBN Approval To Disburse N411m

Resort Savings and Loans Plc (RSL), a primary mortgage institution (PMI)in Lagos, has gotten the approval of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FGMN) to disburse N411,000,000 under the National Housing Funds (NHF) scheme.The Funds is expected to be given as mortgage loans to 68 Nigerians for long term at 6 per cent per annum with tenorranging from five to 30 years. The borrowers will get between ranging from N1m andN15m.The managing director of the company, Mr. Bimbo Olayinka, noted in a statement that the company has been actively involved in providingservices for over 19 years with a capital base of N5 billion.
