Rescued 14year-Old, Ese Oruru Gives Birth To Baby Girl

The rescued 14-year-old Ese Oruru has given birth to a baby girl in the early hours of Thursday in Yenagoa.Ese Oruru was allegedly abducted in Bayelsa State last August and taken to Kano State by one Yunusa Dahiru, where she was converted to lslam and married out without the consent of her parents,Since her return to Yenagoa in March, she was confirmed pregnant and has been in protective custody at the Police Officers mess in Yenagoa.The minor, whose baby girl was described as divine by the wife of the Bayelsa governor, Mrs. Racheal Dickson, was delivered at the Government House Clinic by a medical team led by Dr. James Omietimi and Monica Olamide.One of the Doctors, Mrs. Monica Osamede confirmed that Ese Oruru and her child will be monitored, we thank God it is well.The new baby girl, weighing 3kg and her mother (Ese), an indigene of Uhweru, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta, a former JSS III student are in stable condition.It was gathered that the wife of the state governor, Dr (Mrs) Rachael Dickson, was the first person to visit Ese and her baby at the clinic.The wife of the governor was said to have expressed gratitude to the medical team for her safe delivery.Mrs Dickson assured that the state government would take adequate care of Ese and ensure her early return to school.The post Rescued 14year-Old, Ese Oruru Gives Birth To Baby Girl appeared first on Nigerian News from Leadership News.
