USA was lucky against Falconets

SUPER Falconets coach Edwin Okon has rubbished insinuations that he girls lost their World Cup semi final match to USA due to technical deficeincy.The Nigerians lost 1-2 to the Americans to cut off their hope winning the trophy which they narrowly lost to Germany in 2012 having lost 0-2 in the final match.Reacting to some football watchers views that the Falconets were undone by tactical errors, the sweat merchant defended himself, saying that the Americans were just lucky to emerge winner of the encounter.''In football, a winner must emerge, especially at that stage and the Americans were fortunate to have that luck that saw them through.''I was shocked when I read that we failed to beat them because they were technically better and I totally disagree with that submission.
