Akirun's wife lauds FG for honouring husband

The wife of Akirun of Ikirun land, Olori Abimbola Esther Adedeji, has expressed gratitude to President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on the conferment of Member of Federal Republic (MFR) on the Akirun of Ikirunland, Oba Rauf Olawale Adedeji.According to her, the conferment of the honour was long overdue and well deserved, describing her husband as 'a man of proven integrity, highly loved by his people, very friendly to everyone, highly accommodating, a good administrator who doesn't take side when it comes to settling disputes, lover of his wife and children, a philanthropist par excellent, a respecter of human dignity, a transparent administrator, whose reigning period had brought monumental development to Ikirun land.'Olori Esther Abimbola, however, gave kudos to all the chiefs and people of Ikirun for their continuous support to the leadership of her husband, stressing that his reign would continually usher in more progress, growth and development to the people of Ikirun.
