Developer plans Agbara Flourishing Garden estate

APPARENTLY spurred by recent activities by Lagos authorities to rejuvenate the Lagos-Badagry Expressway corridor, a real estate firm has unveiled a private residential estate along the axis, which will assist in reducing the housing gap in the country.Tagged Flourishing Garden Estate, the project promoted by Messrs Olatunde Ononuga and Company is located at the Agbara Igbesa area of Ogun state and comes with five housing categories, namely two bedroom semi-detached bungalow, two bedroom detached bungalow, three-bedroom semi detached bungalow, three bedroom detached bungalow and four-bedroom duplex.According to developers of the estate, mortgage facility is presently available to prospective buyers who purchase land while a global Certificate of Occupancy has been obtained for the property.With the surrounding fences of the estate almost completed, property owners will have neighbours within residential and industrial estates such as, Opic Estate, Nestle Plc Agbara, Unilever Plc, GlaxoSmithKline Agbara, Evans Pharmaceutical ltd, Loral International School, Igbesa as neighbours.The place boasts of major attractions such as perimeter fencing with gates, earth roads and streets, quality drainage, electricity to every plot with adequate clustered transformers, street lights on major roads, government approved layout, recreational, sporting facilities, provision for hotels, hospitals and other facilities.A major advantage of this estate is its proximity to places like the Alaba International Market, Lagos International trade fair complex, Festac Town/Mile 2, Lagos State University (LASU), Agbara Industrial Estate, Badagry and Canaan Land. According to General Manager of the company, Mr. Bamidele Ige, the housing projects are meant to fill the gap that currently exists between the rich and the poor in terms of access to decent accommodation.He further explained that the company is committed to delivering on its promise of quality infrastructure while ensuring that standards in development and maintenance are adhered to.He harped that the flexible payment options of 30 per cent Initial payment and spreading the balance for 24 months, will enable low income earners fulfill their dreams of owning landed property.
