UK 'should only trigger Article 50' to leave EU when ready: Osborne

London (AFP) - Britain should only trigger Article 50 to leave the EU when it has a "clear view" of how its future in the bloc looks, finance minister George Osborne said Monday following last week's shock referendum."Only the UK can trigger Article 50. In my judgement we should only do that when there is a clear view about what new arrangements we are seeking with our European neighbours," Osborne said in his first public comments since the result.Join the conversation about this story
