Sheriff Will Decide Next Reconciliation MovesGana

Leader of the Reconciliation Committee of the PDP Board of Trustees, Prof Jerry Gana, has declared that the factional chairman of the party, Sheriff, will decide the next steps in the effort to reconcile aggrieved members of the party.Gana, who made the declaration yesterday, while speaking to newsmen on the sidelines of the partys convention, said, Ask Ali Modu Sheriff if he will continue to talk to us.The former information minister expressed the hope that the PDP will bounce back and win not only the governorship elections in Edo and Ondo states, but the 2019 general elections.On his part, former Rivers state governor, Sir Celestine Omehia, advised supporters of the PDP to remain steadfast as efforts were on to return democracy to the country.Omehia said, The tenure of the national caretaker committee has been extended and other activities of the party will continue under Makarfi. Other things that will follow in the courts will be handled.The unity of the party will also be handled by the caretaker; so, everything is still in order. My advice to party supporters all over the country and all over the world is to remain steadfast and that democracy will return to Nigeria.
