Osasuna snatched a point late on by earning a 1-1 draw in Malaga, while Deportivo La Coruna also left it late to beat Eibar, 2-1, at home as the new La Liga season got underway.The initial results put Depor temporarily on top before the big guns play over the rest of the weekend. It's a moment fans of the club should savour because it's unlikely to last.Still, here's what the table looks like after the season's opening matches:RecapFormer Arsenal man Fran Merida collected a debut goal five minutes from time to give Osasuna a point at La Rosaleda. It was a smash-and-grab finish very much against the run of play.Malaga had dominated, with the only surprise being it took nearly an hour for Juanpi to open the scoring.
