Gbagyi Villa Demolition: Residents Storm Kumuyis Programme

Published by Leadership on Sat, 20 Aug 2016

Gbagyi Villa residents in Kaduna State whose houses have been marked for demolition by the Kaduna State Government said they would storm Deeper Life Camp Ground in Mararaba Rido to table their problem spiritually tomorrow , Sunday.Pastor William F. Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry World-wide is holding a programme in Kaduna tagged: Divine Visitation.Findings show that many Christian faithful from Gbagy Villa community have decided to relocate four days ahead of the arrival of the man of God whom they believe will intercede for them through prayers so that God can change the mind of the state governor from carrying out demolition in their area. One of the residents of Gbagyi Villa who spoke to our reporter said: There is nothing God cannot do. Yes so it looks like our fate has been sealed by the Governor but this is a great man of God coming to this land to cry to God on our behalf. Such situations happened in the days of Israelites and God answered them. We believe that God will hear our cry. The Governor is a human being. God can make him have pity on us.Some of us are here since three days ago praying before the arrival of Pastor Kumuyi, but many of us are still coming. A lot of the residents have taken ill already, so you can see that we have no other person to cry to other than God. Pastor Kumuyi is one who has Gods favour. If he prays for us, God will have pity on us and I am sure our situation will change, he said.Meanwhile in a press release signed by the general overseer of Deeper Life Church in Kaduna, Pastor C.M Opara stated that Pastor Kumuyi is coming to pray for the good people of Kaduna state with the aims of liberating them from their bondage, adding that this will be followed by deliverance and healings. In the face of the prevailing socio-economic, physical and spiritual challenges facing the populace, it is heartwarming that this great man of God is coming to pray for our leaders in Kaduna and the country in general. So we urge the good people of Kaduna to come together and recieve divine blessing irrespective of your religious belief Said Pastor OkparaHe said in Kumuyis previous visits to other countries in Africa and the world, including Nigeria, Signs and wonders have been the experiences of those who attended, adding that this one will not be different.
